Not familiar with XBMC. I don't have a home PC that could be used for an HTPC. Looking more for an off the shelf, out of the box setup. Any other thoughts?
Thanks for the suggestion. Was hoping to move away from monthly fees...even if that means an upfront cost. Anyone using the Channel Master DVR+? That looks like a solution.
Looking for a solution...I was planning on using Aereo as a DVR only. I get great HD reception at my home and am looking for a simple DVR solution that will record and play back on my HDTV. Don't care about streaming to other devices. Any recommendations?
Agreed...it's like a virus that won't go away.
I agree...I find Catch so much more user friendly. The widget, the webpage, the mobile version...it all works better for me than Evernote. In addition, offline access for Catch is superior to Evernote.
Since the original question was about 'notes' and not necessarily files, I'd recommend Catch. It syncs across all devices, has a great interface on mobile and tablet/pc, supports text, voice and picture notes and has wonderful offline access to all notes. The latter is the main reason I stay with it.
