My ending wasn't too different from yours actually. I had one casulty and that was Mordin (I can't quite figure out why, I didn't assign him to any roles on the mission) and other than that pretty much the same. Shepard blew up the base, and everyone else made it safe and sound.

Well I really enjoyed Indigo Prophecy (the story got kind of wierd at the end though) so I'm still pretty excited about this game.
