You're assuming that the money comes from nowhere... If it came from the people whom were (as mentioned in the video) receiving all sorts of bonuses, then it would only cause personal economic collapse for those people (hence the Robin Hood analogy; rob from the rich and what-not).

I was thinking that it was a Cydia app.... but I followed the link in the article to the creator's site and felt a similar anger at iOS for allowing this.......
