Agreed. If you’re on-call you don’t go in because no one has called you. You only go in because they call you. I don’t go into work on the weekends simply because my boss’s boss hasn’t called to complain about his email.

Nitpicking?  The game is buggier than all get out and they need to be publicized.  Bethesda needs to be ashamed by this output.  What kind of game where you are supposed to be the NPC doesn't actually give you tools to be anything besides a gun wielding schmuck?  Everyone in the game is the exact same character!
