One thing I really liked about Harry Potter is the fact she never really gives a time frame. There are also no major source of tech in the books or movies to date the series. Which means it can take place pretty much anywhere in the modern history. Well really anytime after 1939 ... since that is when the Ford Anglia

They do mention something like that. They stop fighting in Sudan or Nigeria but the fighting in North Korea got worse.

Jack isn't bi-sexual he is Onmisexual. He does it with different species. He has also been going around the cosmos for the past two years and has lost his cool time-agent wrist band. He has been on earth all but a few hours... give the man a break!

Miracle Day is airing on Starz, and on BBC. Do not know if it will make the trip to BBC-A.

That was explained by the cracks in space. There was reference to the 456, but it was more of a case number then anything. I am talking about everybody else, the none-government people. Granted it has been two years, but you would think people would still be thinking about it.

So did the whole world seem to forget about the events of 2009? I mean, yes there are government records of the 4-5-6 but it seems like the world is completely the same after all the kids stood still.

I love the dumbledore patting on the head at the very end with the "good boy!" that should be in the movie!

for some reason I always thought Winterfell was closer to the wall, like where Last Hearth is, but checking the first book map again... I guess i was wrong. And I am guessing all the white trees are the Godswoods?

Well the world is doomed! It was nice knowing you!

I know what f-stops are... however I did not know that it was portal 2 code name.

Really... Twitter??? This kid is so excited he figured out a Twitter account password.

You can't stop the signal!

Well I knew what an aperture was and how it relates to portal. I just never made the visual connection between aperture and the aperture's logo. Until now!

Beast Wars is a continuation of the G1 story! Nuff Said!!! It is a great series!!!

Awh... I now understand Aperture Science's logo!

While it is cool, it isn't 100% bullet time... that would be cooler!

I agree, saying that the ship sinks at the end of Titanic, or that Vader is Luke's father are okay, since a.) Time and b.) general knowledge. However, saying stuff like that while the movies are still in theaters would be different.

So not to make light of this situation.... but I couldn't help think of Red Faction: Guerrilla while I was watching this....

I had come here to ask the same question. most of what they seem to have done is bring down government websites and hack gaming companies... Nothing big. Especially after they declared so called war on the governments of the world.

Trust me... about mid season it becomes pretty boring, watching the senate discus banking regulations and what not. But it gets better!
