As a former Auto Assault player, I can relate. It's never good when an MMO, especially one with potential, doesn't even get a chance to really get off the ground.

@reed: I'm in the Army and had to change duty stations. So I went to Iraq for a year, and just got back to settle for a little while out in Washington State outside Seattle (another wonderful place for a gamer like me).

Would I pay to see a full length Starcraft/Warcraft movie done in the same style as the trailers/cutscenes that have appeared in past games? Happily, but at regular movie prices, not $20 to $30. Hell, I'd even go see it in theaters. (hint)
