Unless you are growing things outside, (in cool temps) you don't really need a greenhouse. Any window (especially a southern exposure in the N hemisphere) with water once a week will give you decent results. My house is like a jungle and I don't do a lot to get it that way (outside of light, water and the occasional

More or less on topic, the e-card shown (partially) in that pic is from a site that really does have the most clever cards. I use them all the time. http://www.someecards.com/

"Put a wang in your ear" conjured up a whole other mental picture.

Its not that they wont get around to it, sometime this year, this method just makes it sometime today.

I laughed really hard over that one. Good one.

Kitteh is going to have a field day with this one.

I LOVE this! Especially the diversity of ages of the participants. There is a lesson here: Never think you are too old to be silly and have fun. Never let go of that inner child. Growing up is SO overrated, so just don't do it. Play every day!

This isn't a dream, its a nightmare. Someone PLEASE wake me up.

Cell service is spotty, at best, and yes, I have been trying to talk her into it. You know how it is with family, they ask your opinion and for help and then do what they damn well want anyway.

Yes, but, know that the residents of these rural places take matters in their own hands and will SHOOT you if you break a law (well one they agree with anyway). These same people will, however, take you in and treat you like family if you are kind to them.

How to explain a township...In a very rural area with no actual city or town, its a form of government. No mayor, police, etc, just a board of "trustees" to see to road work, etc, and that has no direct taxation, but is funded through property taxes. The fire departments are usually all volunteer and the county

I set AOL up on my sisters computer just last year. She lives in the townships and there are no other options available. She marvels at how fast it moves when she is here on my network.

And here is to hoping they will have no data to collect.

I agree to the "wait" theme of the article. Give yourself some time to gain some objectivity and grieve. When you go back and look at them in a different frame of mind you may want to keep them, if for no other reason than to ask yourself, "What the HELL was I thinking?".

Janet walking toward you... ( . Y . )

I would want to check it out over a winter as well. I HIGHLY recommend Vit D for winter (though I take it year round). I used to get SAD so badly that I had to take anti-depressants over our long, grey winters. I started taking Vit D and no longer have that issue and don't have to deal with the negative side

And the winners are........The blood sucking lawyers.

You can also use this to squirt water at the people (and dogs) rolling around on the ground laughing at you for wearing this oh-so-dorky device. Protects from muggers too, as they would be too embarrassed to beat up anyone wearing this. It would totally kill their cred to bother with you.

And don't let them drive your beloved and treasured Mustang EVER.

No, that was before we were even married. Now he has 2 things to never forgive me for; slipping up and telling his buddies I taught him how to drive a stick shift, AND having the nerve to divorce him.
