“Not everyone can afford gaming rigs or consoles.”

Now playing

The remix from Sonic Mania is an absolute BOP.

To be fair, to get Columbus sports talk radio to talk about anything besides OSU football is a stretch.

As a CBJ fan, I’m more along the lines of this...

It did sort of feel like a damned if you do, damned if you don’t situation for Jarmo. The team is in the playoff hunt, you don’t necessarily want to sell, and who knows if you’ll get the price you want for Panarin anyways. But, to torture the poker metaphor further, it feels like he’s pushing his chips in on a high

Rick Nash will always be one of my favorite players, it’s truly a bummer he never got to raise a cup. As much as I’m a CBJ fan, I can’t help but think his time in Columbus derailed his career: he never got the national attention for his skill and size, and when Hitchcock came to the team, the defensive-heavy hockey

Of course they cheered. It’s free stuff.

I’m a little biased here, because I legitimately love the Blue Jackets logo. Like, my heart swells when I see it. I’ve considered getting it inked on me. And that’s saying something, when you consider the shit years this team has put me through.

I did have multiple people tell me that they were at restaurants or bars that were carrying the action. And not just the recaps. One person caught the semifinals at a pizza joint, the other person saw the Saturday afternoon broadcast at an Applebees. (And I know Nielsen doesn’t figure bar/restaurant watching into its

It’s a deep cut, but I like it.

It still blows my mind Columbus bent over backwards to protect Josh Anderson over Will Karlsson. Not that Wild Bill was going to get the kind of minutes and point production on the CBJ 3rd/4th line that he’s getting on the VGK 1st, but those flashes of talent popped up more than a few times over the past couple of

I still hold to this day that amongst the people born between ‘80-’82, the litmus test as to if you consider yourself GenX or Millennial is if you preferred Voltron or Power Rangers.

Also, follow Deadspin Curling Reporter Matt Sussman on Twitter.

I’m with you on this one. It’s just hard to anticipate the action, and it’s a bummer to see the kill feed light up without actually seeing what happened.

Even better than watching it: trying it. Many curling clubs are holding introductory classes for those inspired by the Olympics. Search one out.

My favorite part of this video is the cutaway to Matt Patricia and that “crap like I just let that happen” look on his face.

Guh... it’s a good price, but my one smart bulb is a TP-Link, and my two smart plugs are some off-brand... getting this means a 3rd app to get this stuff at least set up with my GHomes.

It sorta reminds me of how things were in the 2000's in the FYAD subforum of the Something Awful forums. FYAD was (still is? I haven’t been there in forever, but I know it’s still going) a sort of a post-modern, “if everything is a shitpost, then nothing is” kind of forum. And, for a few months, it became the in-thing
