In all fairness, this is better than the sports games who release next gen versions that have fewer features than the previous gen version. I'm looking at you, EA.

Wait, people above the age of 12 play those games sober? I don't think I can even consider Mario Kart or Smash Bros a viable option unless I'm stoned off my ass. They're the Funions of video games.

Amen. That was the menu for my 18th b-day. Spent a couple of hours sitting on a couch unable to make myself speak. I was convinced it was going to be a forever thing and I'd never be able to talk again. That was the only remotely bad trip I ever had. No mixing for me after that

Because it was set up by Cobra Commander

Step right up and see the Amazing Injured Man. Just 15 cents gets you a ticket to behold an absolute freak of nature, a man that can be hurt by anything and everything. We ask that you avoid prolonged eye contact to avoid spraining his retinas.

yawn

someone has authority issues

I've noticed them going back and revisiting some of the not-yets. I actually think any not-yet should have a mandatory followup a month or two later so that it can get a solid up or down vote.

So is "dropping the dog" the new "jumping the shark"?

Welker's retirement ceremony/funeral is going to be a grand affair.

Is that why you're trolling me? If so, I'm glad to help.

want to try that one again without the typo? A good comeback like that deserves proper execution. Let's try it again. I say "As the old saying goes, a butterfly flaps it's wings in China and Derek Rose gets knocked out of the game by the stiff breeze it creates." and then you say......

As the old saying goes, a butterfly flaps it's wings in China and Derek Rose gets knocked out of the game by the stiff breeze it creates.

I agree someone is butthurt, but it appears to be you. You're playing the part of the old man screaming for people to get off his lawn just a little too well. I'm not going to say you're a joyless twat, but you certainly could be a lot more joyful.

interests and passions are still hobbies. If it is something you do in your free time that you enjoy, it's a hobby. The "ethics in journalism" line can be applied to any critical writing as long as it has been there. Critics are given free copies of games or books to review, and professional movie critics rarely pay

and are you biased?

True. I think Oblivion is weak for many reasons. With Morrowind and Skyrim, the best moments were the little bits just like with F3. Things in books, or just odd little scenes you come across in your wanderings. I still really like the games, but I play them more for the world than for the story

yes. Have you read his thoughts on girlfriends and partying? They are, to summarize, "That's what retirement is for"
