Well, it’s simple; microbuses are cool, and minivans are not. Jury is still out on regular vans.
I’ve driven from Seattle to DC twice, and Seattle to Dallas 3 times, and now I’m a burned out husk filled only with nightmares.
How can you think that when research points to the opposite?
Giant Pyramid should be renamed Medium-Large Pyramid.
There are a lot of BAA-d jokes here.
The “beta” thing is another marketing gimmick. Musk clarified that autopilot is no less engineered than any other lane-keeping assist cruise control on the market in terms of development but they are choosing to call it a beta until it reaches a certain safety milestone. It’s the same level of engineered and developed…
Well, by making it look like a Stormtrooper he’s hoping it will reduce its odds of hitting anything.
You mean, like a modern console that has the ability to easily play through Nintendo’s storied history, paying $5-10 for classic games that are super easy to upload to some sort of ‘electronic shop’?

Aren’t cars supposed to explode on impact ?
I owned a 348, and it is neither ‘slow’ nor ‘ugly’. It’s a fantastic car, and the last of the truly analog Ferraris. Even ABS was optional. People who shit on them are either Ferrari snobs or have no idea what they’re talking about. And the collector market is starting to come around to them now as well.
I think you are at an empathy advantage and I think that’s another drawback of the “normal kids to the right, ‘special needs’ to the left” philosophy - taking people with different dis/abilities, learning styles and behaviours out of the general population - puts people at a general empathy disadvantage.
I’ll probably get a lot of shit for saying this, but it’s just a car. Who cares if it’s not concours quality as long as it still looks decent? There is nothing wrong with occasionally taking your car through an automated wash if that’s what you want to do.
No idea what you’re talking about...I have 15k miles on my Model S living in the hottest city in the US and have never seen anything remotely close to “overheating” even when driven VERY hard.
