It’s true that they struggle with build quality in terms of what you can see on the exterior/interior, but we do know that they are continually improving the internals of the vehicles like no other manufacturer. I’d like to think they prioritize that over panel gaps. Cost cutting off interval materials is concerning

Yeah, I saw it is British/Australian.

I’ll like the list even if I had never once read or heard the word ‘bodge’ in my 50ish years of breathing until a few minutes ago.

Should be Insolante

He switched the nozzles as a prank, so maybe in his mind the squeegy thing was also a prank. Like “I just put my stank on this squeegy that some unexpecting person will use on their windshield and will be cleaning it with my stank.” Kind of like using someone else’s toothbrush even though you aren’t brushing your

An unladen Swallow can't even get to 60.

Eh, it’s the equivalent of a Whammy or a Bankrupt.

Suburu just basically said it doesn’t care about MA sales.

I can’t remember the exact reason I heard before, but there is something desirable about being in Germany that makes it worth the bureaucratic hassle.

I think they were symbolic deletions with the implication that all SUVs after would not have come. like killing baby Hitler or something.

In Europe all Teslas now ship with a CCS port on the car.

No one can currently use FSD or Autopilot without knowing they have to stay attentive.

The problem is that the deceiving nature of the names only applies to those who haven’t used it (probably including people who purchased it thinking it was), but no one can use these systems without knowing that they have to pay attention. The car constantly nags you.

Looks great. I hope they take a hint from Forza and make the game as hard or easy as you want it to be. I’m over a video game requiring skill to unlock everything. Let the user decide that.

Safety is priority one. That’s why it’s engineered with a crumple zone that spans the entire car.

I don’t think batteries will ever be swappable or standardized. Current Tesla batteries should outlast the car. Future Tesla batteries (4680) with a rumored million mile lifespan will outlast the car. To cut down on weight they will be built as a structural piece of the car. I don’t see how that is going to lend

For that reason I don’t think you can increase the gas tax until there are cheap EVs to buy so poorer people have an alternative.

It has to look that way if they want to do the exoskeleton since doing rounded shapes wouldn’t be feasable with the steel they want to use. The size of the truck has decreased since initial unveiling, but don’t expect much more.

They really can’t won’t since they’ve taken over a million pre-orders from people expecting

THere is certainly some convenience you’re giving up to go EV. But consider that if you can charge at home you will never need to charge anywhere else except on long trips. So you need to mentally balance out all the time your saving every day with extended charging and planning during a trip.

And you won’t have to

This reminds me about Superman. I heard a standup comic once say, "I'm ok with Superman being able to fly, but I wonder how he flies faster."
