For my normal driving I could probably put it at 50%.

I’m sure there may be leeway, but it still stands that if you charge to 100% as displayed in the car on a Model 3 your regenerative braking will be limited until the battery % drops enough for it to charge again.
As a Model 3 owner I can say this:
You are only supposed to charge to 100% if you are going on a long trip. Daily use suggests only charging to 80% or 90%. The lower the better to preserve the life of the battery.
But if you are at 100% you get a message that regenerative braking is limited. Also if it is too cold (I…
That soccer announcer that yells “Goooaaaaallll!”? Yeah, he owns that shit. Invent something else to say.
Debadging is douche-badging. Just leave it as Jesus made it.
People are always clamoring for convertibles and when they get it’s
all like “Are you okay?” and all of a sudden have the wind rip through your hair is somehow undesirable.
Irrelevant. They just are. Opinions on them don’t matter at all. If you want to buy a house or car at a decent interest rate you have to play the game, and save your anger for something else.
If closing the account hurts you it wouldn’t matter if you paid it off early or on time. You still get dinged. Apparently, that hit is temporary.
I like purple a little, but that variant of purple on the Lambo at the top is a purple I could live with forever.
They totally buried the lede/ignored the pink elephant in the room.
Also, I’m guessing his $10k estimate includes a putting the line underground and whatever post/hardware would be required to get it to the alley.
You need 6/3 wire to be able to charge using 32 or 48 amps. My setup has 6/3 wire with a 50a circuit and I can charge at 32a. If I put a Tesla Wall charger and switch to 60a I could up it to 48a.
Outrun was my favorite arcade game back then so this pleases me.
Yeah, you kinda have to cut the top off of this thing.
Good to know. I guess if you are designing something that could generate wrongful death suits you put a lot more thought behind it.
Undeserved or not, they have it. I was just picking some low-hanging fruit on this one. I’ve never even owned a HF tool, only heard to stay away.
It’s got redundancy. What more could you want?
Seems to fall in line with some other sayings I originally was confused about:
“You did a bang-up job.” - OK. I’m sorry I ‘ll do better next time?
Just make sure your jacks all say “Harbor Freight” on them. It’s the seal of quality.
Like Miata. Circular Polarizer is always the answer*. You just can’t substitute for the extra picture data that the filter allows.
B+W makes a pretty good one. Only downside is losing some light making you opt for a lower f-stop/shutter speed or higher ISO if doing handheld shots.
