This is going to be more than just a new coat of paint like the HD collection. I really don’t think they are going to add new content though. I am expecting more of a full HD upgrade, new controls, some streamlined mechanics, etc. I would be ecstatic if they add new colossi/areas, but I have my doubts.

SotC is likely my favorite game and I think there is something to be said for keeping the “purity” of the game. With that said, I would love for some of the colossi that got cut to be added in some type of bonus mode. I do not expect this remake to be quite that substantial, but I can dream....

This is a weird situation because there is a legit seuel on the way. This is just a cash grab while the sequel is in development. I don’t have high expectations for this....
