Now I'm all for choice in games and I would have understood what you are trying to say if not for one small detail that bugs me. The DLC's name is Dream Harem. This choice isn't essentially one, it's a joke - at least with this title, you could have expected that outcome.

Isnt that more the taste of japanophile women?

What are those games? I remember playing more Blitzball than the actual game. In fact a minigame like Blitzball, Chocobo-races and the Card game is what is also missing in the new games :/

Reading through the comments... the majority of people on Kotaku are still sane. I'm glad.

I would get it a second time, like Project Diva F :)

I actually played The Third as a woman, and can't tell if there was something different to the story. The voice actor did a great job to portray a strong female character.

Yes, right? But I think we disagree where the ignorance is.

There are enough people online refuting her, it's an open market place of 'opinions' about facts and you can decide which side your on. This makes the whole debate pointless in my eyes, hence I try to have the argument that everyone can agree too. Buy what you like with the motivation you decide.

Problematic? Sorry I see only one problem. There is a huge potential market out there that begs for its demand to be met while we are discussing how sexist current games are while accusing the player and the developer to be responsible and thus sexist creating a huge debate that creates hate. Nobody gains anything

- yes it is here again:

Sorry I wanted to reply and accidently dismissed, clicking on undismiss doesnt work. I'll edit this post later. Hope replying brings it up again. Sorry.

I actually dropped this, but reading this I might pick it up again. It's too hot this weekend anyway - so maybe staying in my cooled home and watching the animes I originally dropped isn't such a bad idea.

Hey why not have some choice and include 3 new marios. One good looking young men and two girls :)

The Vita could be such JRPG gaming machine if only 1/4 of them would be licensed. Also I wouldn't have even thought of saying this a few months ago bc well, it's in the past so forget it.

I'm a gaming nerd second, I'm more into anime.

It's because they approach the problem the wrong way, they have their own theory but instead of trying to falsify it, the nitpick some details and bend it their way. That's how exactly how I feel (!) about her videos. That's why it reminds me of creationists.

Of course you can see it that way, for me (!) that fells like the criticism on evolution by creationists.

What issue? - That is how I treat this "issue". The only issue that I see, is that there aren't enough games catering to girls. The games I like and play have no issue as far as I'm concerned.

No criticism is taking every approach from every angle and forming an opinion based on that. Not having an opinion and trying to prove it by selecting specific information.

I disagree that it is a problem.
