> Yes. Sam Wilson has officially picked up the mantle of Captain America, and though the decision should be momentous, it just sort of just happens.

Walker’s delivery of “They weren’t even super soldiers” was so good at capturing his feeling of defeat.

Walker’s delivery of “They weren’t even super soldiers” was so good at capturing his feeling of defeat. Props to Wyatt on that one.”

“Looking strong, John!” was my favourite part of the episode. Sebastian Stan just nails that delivery.

>>>>”when Walker did his whole “DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM?!” routine only for the Dora to give this response to show that they really did not care? That was satisfying!”

I was going to say this myself. It’s not new or necessary information, but it was still great to see Bucky so vulnerable and happy. Sebastian Stan is so good and I hope more people will appreciate him and this character.

Maybe I’m reading too much in to it, but there’s definitely some subtext to the white male American symbol finally breaking bad after being shown up not only by a black man (Sam) but a group of black women (the Dora).

Wyatt Russell was perfect this week. You could see the meltdown coming and it still was a shock when it happened.

Seeing that deprogramming scene with Bucky was so satisfying. The want of that moment has launched tens of thousands of fanfics since 2014.

That opening scene really got to me. They crushed it.

Went back to watch that scene again, it still made me tear up flawlessly.
It was beautiful. I still can’t even go into a thorough enough explanation of why it was so gripping for everyone to watch.
In less than five minutes, they told an entire story of personal triumph over pain, a pain we all felt, some

the opening scene was heartbreaking; beautiful acting, and another angle of insight into the damage done by what Bucky went through, from brainwashing to recovery.

More like awesome, Bucky!”

This was The Zemo episode, so automatically I ignore any negative review (oh please, tell me my why i’m wrong for enjoying this pizza buffet!)
What i love is how there is this odd power dynamic with Zemo and the guys; yes, he was the imprisoned villain, but is he really at their mercy or the other way around? It speaks

I am a huge Zemo fan— mostly because of Busiek and/or Nicieza’s Thunderbolts run— so it’s great to see him as that layered, multi-dimensional villain. I just hope that this series end with the Thunderbolts being introduced, or at least teased.

For such an entitled, rich murderer Zemo is a delight. From telling his servant to feed the bad food to the car moment to the dancing you can tell Daniel Bruhl is having fun doing this and so do we.

“DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM?!” “Yes, I do. And I don’t care.”

Zemo’s introduction was glorious.
Kind of reminiscent of Hannibal Lecter, with the beautiful score transcending on the deadliest villain the Avengers ever faced (and never defeated).
Since you mentioned music, i’d like to point out how incredible this series is at using aesthetics. Like Walker’s uniform, with the
