I wish I could hear the soundtrack. I freaking love Persona 4's music and have quite a number of tracks on my iPhone. I get myself hyped when the final boss first phase music pops up (can’t remember the name)

I got all of them. Dozens of saves and resets in Memoria when I played against the card masters, but I got ‘em. :)

I don’t see a mention of high-resolution background images, but I’m hoping they’re included. As has been pointed out many times before, the FFIX backgrounds were rendered at a higher resolution than what was used and then they were scaled down for the original Playstation release.

Finally, you can get Excalibur II! If that gate boss doesn’t kill you first.

Fair enough. My advice for when you do get new hardware: spend as much as you can now. The better system you buy now the longer it’ll be before you have to do it again.

I was way off. You’re right, that version shouldn’t really count as a port. Given how much better the PC version of FFVII looks on PC & PS4, I’m more hyped about these news now. :)
