I feel so many things whenever I hear this song: the dread at finding out there was even more to this fight, the panic when she knocks the party’s HP to 1, the adrenaline when I use that to pull off a limit break, and the immense satisfaction when it’s finally over!
Yeah, it’s crazy how experimental they are and I can’t believe Shoji Meguro makes them work as well as they do!
I’m a big time game soundtrack junkie, collecting albums and obsessively following composers, but I was getting so tired of every game sounding the same, copying each other and movies with grand sweeping orchestras (which sound great, but I swear every Tales of game has the same tracks - sorry Motoi Sakuraba...) when…
So I’ve heard. It’s on sale for like $15 so I might consider it, haha
Hmm, maybe I might have seen that and been more interested in Jude if I had actually chosen to play his path first. I just ended up finding him so insufferable in the Milla path that I opted not to start over with him.
Having never finished this when it first came out, and my only other experience with the series being completing Abyss, Graces F, and Xillia, I can easily declare that Vesperia is easily the best of the bunch.
It’s sad to see how far Final Fantasy has fallen, but there are still some Japanese studios that get it!
Yeah, so much of the supporting cast doesn’t get the attention they deserve. But if they could magically get me to care about Luna or their love story, then I would give them a standing ovation. That would take a miracle worker.
At least you’ll be able to use some fun mods, haha
Agreed. You just thought of a way to dramatically improve the villain!
Right, there are no good sides here. Why would the crystal turn away someone that spent so much of his life saving others? Unless he was actually evil from the start and was doing it for bad reasons. Why did he stop doing good after he was rejected? Was he being corrupted by the scourge then? Why does that make him…
Right?! Like, he just killed Luna. Stop asking if you can trust him!
Yeah, if they gave him actual development and quality time with the cast that wasn’t just constant rehashes of “Ah, I’m here and totally want to help you, no string attached *evil laugh*. and now I’m gone” it would’ve been more compelling. Like, imagine he was actually trustworthy, then he betrays your team. That…
Yeah, nice try, “Ardyn” I see through your clever clever disguise!
I actually played through XV for the first time a few weeks ago with the Royal Edition and I just gotta say, I can’t imagine how disjointed the story was before all these patches because even with all of the extras in Royal Edition, this story is a complete mess...
All you gotta do is pay it forward and help some other aspiring hero! I think building up a community of helpful heroes is a lot more rewarding then being “good” at the game!
PlayStation Classic was definitely a huge letdown for me. I’m glad that my precious WIld Arms made the cut, but there were so many things missing! I mean, Square-Enix could release their own version of it, filled with all the RPGs they made for PS1 and it would easily fill every spot and surpass the Classic.
If he doesn’t pick up his bow and arrow again at some point, I’m calling it the worst movie ever
I’ve never been so happy to see Hawkeye!
