Demolition Man was my JAM when I was a kid. I would love a sequel. I’m not of the ilk that thinks a bad sequel ruins the original (and my childhood), so I say go for it and shoot for the Taco Bell.

Paperclip was from the end of WWII, based on the real operation of the same name, where German (in the MCU, Hydra) scientists were brought over to work with Allied forces (in the MCU, the newly formed SHIELD.)

In the movie it was implied that Hydra infiltrated SHIELD once Zola was recruited a la Operation Paperclip.

Gideon Malick was part of the Hydra sect that had been in existence for hundreds of years. That Hydra and Hydra with Red Skull were related but unaffiliated. Given the year (1931), I bet the Red Skull Hydra is an off-shoot of Malick’s Hydra, and they have to preserve Malick’s Hydra so WWII, Captain America, and SHIELD…

It really depends. It could be California or where ever the parties actually are. If its District court (depending on the State, that means Federal) then the rules are different. If it’s a state court action, again, the rules are different.
