And for Switch ROMs, too. The biggest no-no.

It’s mind boggling in this case especially for weapons like the Dios tree, where some designs and models that have existed for years were pulled into MHW, but not others, for whatever reason.

There’s always a catch when it comes to games or services that come with NSO, and here’s yet another catch.

Though I think the Behemoth breaks that rule, which I guess makes sense given it’s a FFXIV crossover. That one’s really, really hard to solo.

At least this time we’re not waiting a year after Japan gets it! That was a painful time to be a MH fan.

I can’t make heads or tails of this mess, but I legit think Jared has enough evidence to sue his ex-wife for libel. Entertainment was his livelihood, and part of that is to be likable. She essentially ended his career, regardless of whether or not she alleges is true.

Each year it just gets worse. I can see 2K21 straight up installing a bitcoin miner on every console.

Not just one, but two, for some reason!

Damn, I didn’t know this was still a thing. Nintendo had the same problem with the 3DS eshop for years, but despite all their struggles to keep up when it comes to network infrastructure, even they’ve patched up that security hole.

There’s also some pretty interesting and/or worthwhile utilities. There’s button remappers, account switchers, night mode filters, and someone even did their absolute darndest to improve the Vita’s horrible camera app.

Given Sony’s... shaky history with cyber security, I really hope they’re actually making an effort this time.

Just wrapped up the super long Dragon Quest XI demo, and gonna try squeezing more time into Final Fantasy V before the Fall semester starts this Monday.

It’s literally the first several hours of the game!

And I’ve been hearing that this “demo” is literally the first 10 hours of the game. Can’t wait to find out if that’s true when I get home.

You’ve pretty much answered your own question. It’s all about the competition. And to have a competitive streaming service means you need to have something the other doesn’t provide, hence why all these networks are pulling their content to roll into their own service.

I might pick it up. I like the idea of having Witcher 3 accessible whenever, wherever.

Shaping up to look like the first time FFVIII is treated right since it was shat out for PS1. I just hope the PC port doesn’t come with some caveat like a Square Enix account requirement or ships with one very noticeable bug that they’ll never fix.

I’d say it depends on what you’re looking for, but I’d shoot for the GBA version. I’d say the script isn’t bad as it is, and on top of the extra jobs there’s also an extra bonus dungeon and boss.

One from Best Buy, rest from Amazon. It’s really easy to spot fakes, if that’s what you’re getting at, and they were as legit as they get.

12 harsh floors of the final dungeon and a cheesed out win on the final boss, I’ve got Final Fantasy IV done and moved on to V. Everyone seems to like taking these crystals for granted, considering how vital they are to keeping literally everything alive.
