That I’ve been reading up on, but unfortunately this doesn’t seem to be the case. Basically any consoles with a model number 3xxx or 4xxx, as well as some 25xx numbers will brick if you try loading the needed exploit to jailbreak it. End of the day, I’d call it a lesson learned. So many people fall for this all the time. Trusting a package from a 3rd party vendor or a total stranger is asking for trouble.
