One of the bigger problems with BDO is how much it was built around the NetCafe experience. The way it structured its systems around keeping players logged in as long as possible to rake in those internet cafe hours just don’t translate well to a home MMO game in the west.

To be fair, I look at this game and I see a lot of things that the West is just plain missing out on. This game is complex, but accessible. The story (so far) is much more front and center, and the actions scenes are far more dynamic. There’s depth to its systems, but the game is simple enough for you to discover that

I’m still furious that the cop that killed the man in the mentioned Call of Duty swatting faced NO consequences.

See, now we’re comparing Indiana Jones/pulp Adventuring style costuming to dressing up as a Nazi, and I feel like this demonstrates how ridiculous this argument is.

SoMuchProgress, they had to drop telling us about all the progress.

Man, entitled gamers strike again. Just because they *paid* for a *video game* they expect actual progress and updates towards that game being completed.  What entitled babies.

A+ choice of image at the top of the article.

DBZA was actually bad from them from a professional standpoint, as well. They were actually blacklisted from doing voice work by Toei, and lord knows where else.

There was even a bit of Kai where funimation got them to provide voices for a bit where ‘actors’ were putting on a re-enactment of the cell games, as an

Making $250 a week on a side hustle is considered a ‘second job’ in Japan?  Ooof.

Something about this article feels off to me. I’m not a writer by any means, but I think it’s the sudden switch from third person reporting to the sudden one paragraph first person review in the middle of the article.

Bold of you to assume that the Sequel to Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild will release in 2022. I mean I hope it does, but I’m not confident in Nintendo’s ability to deliver games in a reasonable timeframe.  Especially Zelda games.

Former WoW player. I’m really confused about why this is hard. The game was too white. That was a mistake brought partially by the time the game was made, and mostly by the people that made it. So correcting it just makes sense.

I think you assumed a lot about my intent, my friend. I was explaining *why* people would be disappointed. Twitch is a corporation, made up of people. I wasn’t bemoaning “I can’t believe Twitch did this”, I was saying that the people who make decisions at Twitch acted in a way that, while understandable for the

People prefer it when humans act with emotion and respect, rather than with cold and calculating machinations.

Well, the launch popularity will die down, the queues are already become smaller and the window to catch them is shrinking. The question is how much of that will bounce back up when the new content releases on Tuesday with 6.01.

This is the dumbest thing I’ve read on this site in quite some time.

How many real life guys named Bowser are there going to be in the orbit of Nintendo?

Why do we treat Athletes like Athletes? I mean, you’re entitled to your opinion but it feels very reductive.
