Seriously, Blizzard being part of Activision depresses the crap out of me.

@Hey_Blinkon: A lot of people say that about Nintendo 64 games. Maybe control tolerance was high or something... I skipped from 8 bit nintendo over 16 bit SNES and 32 bit PSX to the N64, so I learned modern controls from Mario 64.

I think 3D Castlevania games have a very undeserved bad rap. I haven't had much chance to try out the PS2 versions, but the N64 Castlevania game I found *very* underrated. I particularly liked the second edition of it with the extra characters.

@Ratfuzz: Yeah, seriously it's a cute little stand alone moment. Totally cute & harmless. But let's ignore the fact that it's the marriage of a fictional pro gamer and game store owner, he doesn't have a controller in his hand so it no long deserves our attention.

I, for one, appreciate the CAD main comics. All personal allegations towards Buckley aside, the comic features the lives of a group of gamers. Is it the next great piece of American Literature?

I just wanted to say thanks for this article. I run a World of Warcraft guild, and in the past I've tried to discourage such vitriol, but I've been rather lax about it lately. Kind of felt like it's a lost cause, or I didn't want to be a stick in the mud to all the younger gamers in the guild.

I don't understand the venom associated against WoW Gamers. We are gamers. If you prick us, do we not bleed in 8 bits?

@Mohrdikai: You know, there was a lot of hullabaloo about the difficulty, but I'm not finding it that hard. I got it when it shipped, I've had maybe 3 or 4 play sessions ranging from 30 min to an hour or two, and I've beat all 8 robot masters.
