...what does THAT have to do with anything? Those awards were late, given for the legacy of seasons 1 and 2, not because seasons 3 and 4 were any good. Notice that the UN talks about prisoner torture etc. tended to talk about episodes from the first two seasons, not the Love Polygon of season 3.

    ....I'm shocked....I actually feel....cautious optimism?!

my only guess at why the production values, acting, and overall mis-en-scene are so tacky.....are that its a "movie within a movie" thing. Banraku puppet theatre: like eXistenZ or The Thirteenth Floor. Its all some dream reality thing.

There are certain oddities in his chart.....putting aside the criticism that they didn't think this up when they began the show, nor even at the end of season 2, and the entire "Final Five" thing was a betrayal of the trust fans put in the writers.

Thanks for all the work on this! I look forward to Raven most of all, but Wonder Woman with trepidation.

well that was one man, not a whole invading race.

The Race from Turtledove's WorldWar aren't "pure scaly evil"; the books make it a point to show that they're really not that different from humans, and comparable to the old Colonial expansion empires of Britain and France: they think other species honestly benefit from incorporation into their Empire, which is

@Loserface: they came up with "Number Seven: Daniel" as a giant f-u retcon....when they realized there *cannot* be "Final Five Cylons" because they'd ALREADY established that Sharon was "Number Eight"....so they retroactively said "oh there's really thirteen, because their used to be Eight regular models but Number

@DangerousDac175: I really loved McCreary's work in seasons 1 and 2, the felt seasons 3 and 4 were pretty lackluster.

If anything last week's reveal of the series bible finally demonstrated to a lot of people that they never really planned out anything beyond what became season 2 finale....that's why they sort of ran out of ideas after that...

@leytpr4: random Family Guy quote, because article used word "Hollaback"

As you point out, Wikipedia edits can be made anonymously, so I don't see why "internal pressure" would be an issue.

So you say you want a revolution?

I don't know what a "Hollaback Girl" is, I just know I want Gwen Stefani dead.

@Damob: But all this time I've been calling her "Crandall"!

How do you pronounce her name?

*The* First time that someone trips over one of these things, they've got a massive lawsuit on their hands. Even if you make it too tall to trip over, *the* First time it accidentally makes an elderly person trip, again, massive lawsuit on their hands.

@numbergal_27: ...that could have been goofy, but they handled it pretty well: I mean Picard or even Kirk making an informal meal for even his senior staff when they're off-duty, might be kind of silly. Well, they did have one episode where Riker cooked but Picard wasn't there, so they were more his equals, and it

@Ivriniel: No, not just with identical twins. Its from the embryos growing too close together.

@numbergal_27: Well you see Sisko was the only captain who was actually a father, a real stable father-figure as the Captain. Avery Brooks said he particularly liked it because TV crime drama, whathaveyou, hadn't really been portraying that many strong father-son African Amcrican relationships, just a lot of "broken
