Based on the way it walks, I assume this things is fueled by nightmares.

"Very slowly push the trash can towards me, and no one gets hurt."

"The skin can also maintain a micro-climate inside the suit by sweating and regulating temperature."

Does no one at DoD read any Scifi? This will not end well.

Proper finger placement ftw!

fingers crossed that its the game version of hot shots part deux :P

Proper trigger discipline

I'm afraid that's what it'll look like when my personal reality is revealed as a Matrix-type con. No alphanumeric characters cascading through space, but a bunch of cheap rudimentary sets with dudes in zentai fetish gear gallivanting around like demonic Mummenschanz performers.

I want to live in that Lego city. Now all I need is an army of robot workers to raise a seamount from the depths, and quarry the stone for such a magnificent visage.

Long haul, as you say, is no problem for me. I've been reading the manga Lone Wolf and Cub lately, which is a 7000+ page story spread over 28 volumes. Ive been reading it like a novel, front to back. To use a word that is used way too much these days, it is an epic. So scope is no barrier.

Evil Dead 2 wasn't a remake of part 1 at all. It's a sequel, taking place the night after the first one. A little confusing because the intro sequence scrubs all of the other characters besides Linda, but it was clearly done to simplify things and make the movie stand alone and make sense to people who hadn't seen

One step closer to Dues Ex: HR. I personally can't wait to start replacing my fleshy bits with works of art, but I think I'll wait until they are actually a functional improvement as well as an aesthetic one.

Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I've seen c-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time... like tears in the rain.

Hi werrrcome to chitty wok.

Good idea. Your "modern day druids" gave me a good laugh, as they have no clue as to what rites the actual druids performed or how it's supposed to go. It's all conjecture and educated guesses, due to cultural eradication and lack of a written language.

Have to disagree. If you remove the (revisionist) recap at the beginning, it starts off right from where Evil Dead ended, so as far as I'm concerned it's a sequel.

They are basically just enhanced humans — so yeah, cyborgs is a good word for it. Blomkamp really wanted the movie to look dirty and low-tech on Earth, because people down there are poor and don't have shiny iPad exoskeletons.

the tl:dr version.
