I didn’t mention whiteface at all. And again, you’re talking about mockery and dehumanization. What if that’s not why it’s being done? What if impersonation is the intent? People mock each other with affected accents all the time, should voice impersonations be considered always dehumanizing, too?

I agree they shouldn’t have done it because it draws bad parallels. But again you’re just telling me it’s superficial and not why that matters more than the intent behind it.

Why does it matter that it’s superficial in nature? Shouldn’t it matter whether the intent is mockery or impersonation? I just think it’s weird that there are certain people that white people can never impersonate ever, just because of their color, no matter the intent.

Why? You don't seem to have provided a good reason.

What other "crippling bugs" is the game "plagued" with?

Grow up.

Sylvanas is "essentially just a WoW class"? What does that even mean?

So they should get a time machine and release her first? I don't see what you're saying. Unless they unveil 118 different characters at the get go, they can't represent everyone. This was inevitable. Everyone needs to be pandered to nowadays.

I don't think you're the one who gets to make that call. We're free to consume whatever media we choose, unless we were all enslaved while i was sleeping last night.

Oh, please.

Cant remember if its skater dude or phone guy, but you are explicitly told that the suits are attracted to noise.

Perhaps he means King's Field?

Video games are a billion dollar industry and quickly gaining ground as an "actual" sport. Many people's livelihoods and reputations are based in this industry, just like any other. When money and jobs are on the line for competitions, ethics and integrity are important. And you're surprised that people care? Why

The "controversy", as much as it can be called that, is that a) a male player is allegedly using a female as a front to garner attention in competitions, or simply that b) people don't think the player is who she says she is.

One of the best SC2 players is/was a girl, and she's doing just fine. This probably would have happened even if she was a guy. Just the fact that she looks boring during really intense matches would be enough to get people's attention, no matter their gender.

I actually got more of a feel of the actual anime from this.

What are you saying here, exactly? That torrents should all be considered illegal? I see words here but I don't see an actual argument or conclusion, so help me out.

>It's a legitimate way to play the game. It's the worst possible way to play the game as it nets you less points and puts you at a severe disadvantage, but it's a legitimate way.

I agree. You CAN play the game this way. I don't think it means that that's what the essence of the character is, and in a movie

Neither of the leads in these Hitman movies, for one, look ANYTHING like Agent 47, and two, look intimidating IN THE LEAST. They're little wormy dudes with baby faces and green 5 oclock shadow heads. Give me a long-nosed, scary looking, CUEBALL Agent 47.

Just because you can make dicks in Minecraft doesn't mean a Minecraft movie should be about a world filled with 16 bit dicks. You are penalized in the game for breaking cover, killing, and alerting enemies. It's a bad thing. Why should the movie feature this kind of shit and basically tell the audience this is what
