Used to love this site, but the comments have dropped off to under 10 on most posts, 20-40 on hot posts, and the occasional one with > 100 (Bucc’ee post). NPOND use to get 100+ comments routinely.
Say good Nite, Gracie. This guy is delusional.
Oh my god, shut up
I don’t feel so bad now about the 3 to 4 10mm sockets somewhere in the engine bay of my car.
Trust me a lot of cars are too much car for people on the track, and there is nothing wrong with that at all. I’ve seen a car totaled at nearly every single track day I have been to. And, newsflash!, it’s usually a Mustang. Because that car is generally too much of a car for people to handle as speed. My go-to…
Mythbusters did this already almost 15 years ago (Episode 144: Duct Tape Hour 2). At least these youtubers could be original.
I’d rather talk about that ‘60 Cadillac in the background.
All the stars for that “kids, don’t try this at home, unless you happen to be Bob Hoover” demo (speaking of northern California, an airshow at the former Hamilton AFB may have been where I saw it), and the reminder that a car with half decent aerodynamics doesn’t need that much horsepower for steady-state highway…

Later, Mom and Dad were able to afford a used AMC…
XK120 works car in 1960
I thought our BMW 2000 was a cool car and along with a Road & Track subscription was my entry into car enthusiasm. Unfortunately I wasn’t along when Dad teat drove a Citroën SM. Oher than that, I got a ride in a Corvair Monza one time, and in 1977 a Honda Accord was new and hot. Later in life a college roommate had a…
I once got to ride in a LARC-V amphibious vehicle as a kid. That was pretty cool.
