It’s in LA, so aside from epic Costco runs it’s the potential star of a The Grapes of Wrath or Beverly Hillbillies reboot. It just needs to be discovered! Nice price.

Ha...now, now, now....we’re not allowed to say that anymore. This is the “new” Jalopnik!
These delusional weirdos need to step forward & explain themselves.
FINE - what’s the best later model year with a hard top? ;)
There was a ton. Including on this site.
I would’ve gone with “Planes aren’t air tight like a Riley Reid gangbang” but to each their own.
My engineering master’s thesis was on whether turbine compressor oil leaks would result in respirable oil particulate in the cabin. Specifically, at what level of oil leak would you start to have respirable oil in the cabin.
I fly a King Air so I’m familiar with the process. It’s the rapid rate of change that causes problems, so if the cabin wasn’t pressurizing it wouldn’t be a big issue as they probably held at a lower altitude to sort things out. But if they climbed quickly with the cabin altitude still high I can see now how that would…
This doesn’t make sense. If the cabin wasn’t pressurizing, there would be no cabin differential (difference between cabin pressure & outside pressure) so how did the eardrum damage happen? Unless the cabin did pressurize then there was a rapid decompression?
You guys good? was late today
That was the first thing I noticed too and it appears that the Mad-dog and the 737 NG can both go to reverse at 10' or less above the ground (though they probably can’t actually spool the engines until the nose wheel touches down).
I suspect the Moura’s chain length being double what was expected, is what caused the Venus to suddenly be in it’s wind shadow.
My general feeling is that in this day and age if it’s under $3K and runs you win if it last six months. This one might not. But I’d gamble on it. The NDs are pulling away in the home stretch though.
You pay off the French judge?
That is rad as hell, but also wildly impractical.
Can’t argue with this one at all. If you want a cheap way into getting some attention at Radwood or really any other car show with something different that’s also fun to drive, a mostly clean (other than the TMU) manual RWD turbo Euro hatch oddity is a great way to do it.
Its running, in decent shape, is odd and I loved them when they came out so I’m nice price. Back in 87 while visiting family in UK I did get to drive a UK Sierra with the Cologne V6 and manual transmission and it was really really nice. Fast forward a couple years from then and my buddy got a used one with the…
I had an ‘86 XR back in the day... And there are times where I miss it. Though I always hated the 87 rims. It was a fun little RWD car with some good power. Mine also had overheating issues and it struggled so much to cool the car after shutoff, that during the summer it would often drain the battery. But I’m voting…
Neat car and a great one for a 1980/90s car guy hobbyist/enthusiast to own and tinker with. It’s unique, looks to be in good shape (clearly mechanic owned) has the right motor and tranny, so why not? You just don’t see these anymore, and this one looks clean and unmolested. If it looks and drives good I bet you could…
