I’m old enough to remember dad buying cars that never had seat belts in them, and installing belts in them. When I first started driving, I put middle belts in the front bench of the family ‘66 wagon, for obvious reasons. <g>
That is always a concern. I did all the cleaning and air blasting outside.
Many moons ago I welded full time. We had a job we ran using spray arc transfer MIG welding. Spray arc MIG is more intense than dip transfer because there is much less smoke to block the radiation.
