250,000 gallons would weigh much more than 15,000 lbs. Water is about 8lbs/gal. While lighter than water (it floats) I have trouble believing that tallow is less than 1 oz/gal.

I drive a Civic Hybrid in Massachusetts. The CVT combined with their "high efficiency" tires are great on warm, dry, flat roads, but suck on just about anything else.

I loved my Green Machine, but my first real taste of adolescent freedom (ie - leaving the cul-de-sac) was on my Schwinn. Gold, with banana seat and ape hangars.
