It's weird to me that you would associate the Tomb Raider franchise with the Saturn considering that Tomb Raider 2 and 3 never appeared there. A series can launch on a console but it doesn't mean it's best associated with that brand, just look at Final Fantasy.

I would counter that Street Fighter never enjoyed the same kind of connection to the Xbox brand that Tomb Raider did to the Playstation.

I've read a couple of places that the Zelda Amiibo unlocks a 3 star or greater weapon once a day.

A note about Nintendo's console: Nintendo's Wii U has evolved into a superb console of its own, but is by and large a Nintendo machine. Want to play wonderful, new versions of Smash Bros., Mario Kart, and Pikmin? Want to play excellent sequels, such as Super Mario 3D World and the surprise Nintendo-exclusive Bayonetta

This a hundred times. The Wii U is nearly the perfect game system for a family(No Minecraft). The PC will get 90% of what comes out for consoles the exception being exclusives, which up to this point haven't been that compelling.

True, but they've run the same promotion on both Disney Infinity 2.0 and Skylanders Trap Team and both had the free figure offer extend through the week following for all purchases.

Loot crate offers a lot of things you can just go out and buy but usually they include some sort of exclusive. In September they had an exclusive variant of the Funko Pop! Groot as well as a Kidrobot Ninja Turtle vinyl among other things. A quick glance of the secondary market on those says you were better off

Don't forget Toys R Us is also giving you a free Amiibo with the purchase of Smash.

Toys R Us has been running reserves for the whole first wave of Amiibos for quite some time. As of this writing they are still taking preorders my local TRU as well as preorders for the December wave as well. I'm sure if you're someone who really, really wants them you can get them day one.

Do want. Toon Link and Mega Man are a must followed by Sheik and Sonic. The rest depend if I can find room (or money) with all the Skylanders and Infinity stuff filling up my house.

This will be the gif posted on every article about free-to-play games from here until eternity.

Coke also brought this flavor stateside via their Freestyle machines. I'm not sure the taste is the same though.

They really need to expand the roster back further that a couple of years and get some of their TV properties involved. I'm personally dying to get either a Welcome to Pooh Corner or Dumbo's Circus set.

Are you sure that your expectations for him weren't just higher than the rest? Honestly he's the character I'm the most excited for in this wave and I will probably be let down.

Yes, putting their games on mobile will make money but it's a short term gain. Nintendo relies on the exclusivity of their games to drive sales of their hardware. Putting Mario or Zelda on a mobile would essentially be killing their hardware business. I don't thiink they're ready to do that yet.

The thing is Valve already was the cut off. This led to complaints about them being too selective. Hence, Greenlight.

But where's the cut off? Where do you draw the line between crap and just good enough?

Amazing! They managed to get everyone in Japan who owns an Xbox One in a single picture.

I'm excited for the new mode but they need to do something to fix the payouts on the modes other than Gardens and Graveyards. On the PC suburbination, vanquish, or gnome bomb are nearly empty despite them being fun modes simply because you can win a game and still get less than half the coins than if you were on the

Can we get Simon Belmont while we're at it? With Pit and Megaman we're already half way to an all N-team brawl.
