Gravity Falls and Phineas and Ferb are all traditionally animated and all have pretty high production values. Even Wander Over Yonder, which is done in Toon Boom Harmony, is pretty great looking. Seriously. Watch one episode of Gravity Falls and tell me that Disney TV animation is bad.
