I remember playing P3 on PS2 during my college years. I was home from college for the summer and my mom was in the room for a bit while I was playing..."Did he just shoot himself in the head???"

I would guess they're referring to the building of the pyramids and similar structures.

Wow. I may have to pick it up at that price. I've always been somewhat ashamed to say I never played BG, or any of these games, though I always thought they looked interesting (our family growing up didn't have a computer capable of running them, and I never got around to it once I had my own).

I really like the look of that hook for the headphones. I always just rest mine on my desk, which can be annoying if I've got other things there.

My body is ready.

Both, imo. Not like you have to pay sub fees for em :D

I grabbed the 2nd game from Gamefly awhile back. The cell shaded art style was fantastic, and I had a alot of fun with it. One of my favorite things were the set-piece "boss" battles in the story mode. The QTE portions they included were downright gorgeous and really nailed the "you're playing an anime" aesthetic.

As far as I know, the input lag in Dota 2 is primarily artificial. There are videos that compare it to other games that do what they can to eliminate latency as a factor.

They don't work at the moment, but it's something they cut work on leading up to the Vita release since they wanted to focus on PSP compatibility first. I know they're planning on releasing PS1 compatibility down the line, at which point I'm sure it'll function just like the PSP did with them.

So Monday afternoon I put in a pre-order for Tales of Graces f from Gamestop, mainly because I wanted the preorder goodies, but without a huge rush to get playing (though of course, once it's actually released and you know it's on the way, that urge steps up a bit :P). Due to the lack of urgency, I went with 3 day

70s all week here in MN. Absolutely fantastic weather for March. I'll take it!

Is Motorstorm RC still free, or was that just for it's release week? It's an ok little game, especially if you can still grab it for free.

I picked it up when the full thing dropped to $8 on the PSN store. It's a pretty fun game, and was definitely worth the $8 I spent on it. Not sure where 75% off puts it at for you, though.

"Moshi moshi"

The batting cages in the Yakuza games never had this button when I was failing the harder modes over, and over, and over...I could have used a staffer to lay the secrets upon me.

As someone who doesn't play very often, I enjoy the more lax ruleset of LoL. Anytime I try to play Dota 2 or HoN I end up laned with someone who bitches and moans because I'm not nailing every last hit and deny, or not playing up to their standards. It doesn't make me want to play :/

Not really. Well, they'll know the main stuff, but I doubt it'd really hamper or ruin your experience. There are some basic "puzzles", and each of the areas you'll probably feel like exploring the first time through. I ended being paired with 6-7 different people over the course of my first playthrough, since I was

I picked it up when it was on sale for a few bucks sometime last year (I want to say I heard about that sale from a post of yours saying the same thing then ;) ). I still haven't fired it up.....someday.

There's no trial. A trial would kinda defeat part of the purpose. If you want a good gauge for the kind of game it is, look towards thatgamecompany's other titles: flOw and Flower. They were also good games, but not really on the same level of an experience as Journey.

IT WILL REDEFINE YOUR LIFE.
