Not all do. Mine worked amazingly, after trying basically everything else left on earth. And I had no side effects either. It's awesome. But it's not a strong drug like the ones the drug companies push either.

I got very lucky in that the first medication I was prescribed, a cheap generic, worked WONDERS. It changed (and saved) my life, and I will gladly take it for the rest of my days (and with my kind of depression that might be the case).
