I know, I have a degree in linguistics and studied this a lot in college. I personally do baby talk with the infants I look after in my job. While it might help babies (though nobody knows exactly how and have not been able to demonstrate it), all current evidence points to the fact that NOT doing baby talk won't hurt…

It's sad that the only person who have resigned are the ones with integrity. Maybe there's nobody left who actually know what they're doing.

You don't actually NEED to do baby talk, as there are some cultures where it doesn't exist at all and the children seem to develop normally linguistically, but there's nothing wrong with baby talk and if parents want to do it, they should.

They won't get another cent from me, period. There are other great BC charities that could use the money.
