I hate scofflaws just as much as anyone, but this was petty bullshit.

The startups and investors are doing funding, not the government. Where do you think the money has come from starting with day 1?

Why would you even open a hardware bin without knowing it’s what you need? They’ve all got measurement testers so you should know exactly what you need before you start looking.

The problem is in finding the optimal tour while going through every desired spot.

You forgot the most obvious one, don’t kinja me.

“Maybe your car should not rely on an unreliable outside source for daily operation?”

was sure I saw a dude do a double-take at the Shell logo on my scooter.

Merchandising! Where the real money is made!

I don’t know what we are discussing here. When the cake starts going stale you serve, yourself, bigger slices. “Hey look, cake. It is going stale ...” Bon appetite

“Eat it faster” works, too!

I found Jalopnik hoping to read about cars, not hatred for Republicans.  My group of (admittedly older) car loving friends are mostly Conservative, but like to keep politics out of most of our car talk.  You hippies have fun, I'll move along.  In case anyone wants to have an open mind, go read for yourself about NMA,

So deleting comments that expose the hit piece are “ok”

I pretty much agree with 99.9% of what Jalopnik posts but this hit piece is pretty bad journalism. It appears the Collin Woodard spent no time in researching the actual NMA stance on DUI which states: “The NMA supports DUI/DWI regulations based on reasonable standards that differentiate between responsible behavior

The NMA is not against going after Drunks. This was a hit piece. Go ask em. I’m a member and they told us about the hit piece.

There are legit areas to criticize DUI laws and especially enforcement, but personal responsibility ain't one.

I think you should really read the dui exemption to the Constitution to get an idea of all the ways they strip you of your rights in the name of “fighting dui’s”. I watched a video here recently of a man in Colorado getting locked up for a dui despite blowing a 0.00.

I think DUI laws are messed up in this country.

The NMA’s stated policy positions are actually quite reasonable.

Well, drunk driving laws are stupid, but not in the way he’d have us believe. There are states where people have more than a dozen DWIs and somehow manage to avoid life in prison. Meanwhile people sit on death row for more than 3 decades for crimes they didn’t commit.

im genuinely not sure what youre saying here, however:
