"Clickbait" is merely the 21st century euphemism for yellow journalism...at which Gawker, as a whole, excels.

91 Lumina!

That's for the upmarket 200S and 200C, anyway. I also drove a more base model 200 Limited with cloth seats and the basic infotainment system and smaller screen. It isn't something I would describe as "dazzling."

Can't handle all that comic sans!

I've been following this saga on a very large pilot forum that I am a member of and this was discussed last week actually. Unfortunatey, all this Imersat analysis does is essentially eliminate the northern track (but not absolutely), and little else.

Well that settles it! The Malaysian PM has been a pillar of truth and honesty throughout the entire ordeal. No reason to doubt anything from him...

Well, they specifically address this in specific simulator types (NASA Vertical Motion Simulator being one), but certainly not here.

I am well aware of 3D printing capabilities; I'm not selling its geometrical power short. We use SLA/SLS to manufacture prototypes to do fit checks and mechanical models regularly.

A buttress is extra volume and weight outside the designed part volume, intended to add stiffness locally. This is regularly done with all other forms of manufacturing, whether it be sheet metal fastened stiffeners, injection molded polymer stiffeners, sheet steel pinches, etc. Sometimes an object's "inside" is as

That is mostly true, but I would doubt most laymen make the connection between the sound of lower frequency BVI to ship weight. It would also have to be seriously overweight to make a noteworthy difference under a normal takeoff.

It was WXFT-TV's old AS350

Why is it probably not a fire?

But even an engine failure from that altitude could have entered partial autorotation. Not a friendly part of the H-V curve I am sure, but I still havent seen what altitude they took off from mentioned anywhere.

I can almost say for certain looking at the tail components in the photos its an AStar, and with a blue tail it would be a striking coincidence for the accident aircraft not to be N105TV. I'm sure the number will be clearly shown very shortly, one photo looks like it ends with "WS".

No, the vertical tail in the wreckage has strakes which is a hallmark of an AStar

Looks like a 350B2, not sure what witnessed could possibly mean by it "sounding heavy"

You hit the nail on the head with the commentary about the stark dash. When I drove this car last month it essentially felt like I was sitting at a desk. I understand they probably did that to make the interior feel roomy, but it did not feel like a cockpit in the slightest (granted I also like having buttons and a

American can't get rid of the "Texas Tampons' soon enough. I swear if I have to keep seeing those over my house or much less FLY ANYWHERE OUT OF DWF ON AMERICAN, I'm going to lose it.

Hey I thought crimes are committed with "assault rifles"!

There is currently no manual available in any model A6 and above. The new A3/S3 sedans eschew the manual option in the USA entirely. Rumor has it the B9 A4/A5 will follow suit.
