Funny, just Tuesday I left a comment on the VW quarterly sales story asking what the deal was with the GTD, as they have been mum about it since NYIAS.

And thats relevent to the American union/UAW workforce how?

Bingo, I swear the only people who support unions are either in one themselves or have never had to deal with them personally.

With the relative strength of the TDI models and the GTI, one has to wonder....what the heck is their deal with the GTD? They have teased it since early this year claiming they were bringing it to the USA, then after NYIAS there has been nothing but crickets. Not a peep.

GLI is miles away better than the other Jetta trimlines, from interior to engine. Plus it actually has IRS. Id be curious to see a Jalop review for the MKVI GLI.

I reckon someone at nissan was a fan of the Prodrive P1

Not having an automatic is actually AWESOME.

How do you know from the wounds and collection of shell casings that a semi-automatic weapon was used?

Actually, nope. Every single link in this thread and mention of an actual source confirms that all OEMs use 4300k in their HIDs. Anything else is basically technically nonconforming to SAE J578c or ECE 48, and would be aftermarket.

SAE J578c defines "white" (mandated for all headlamps) in a very narrow band on a chromacity diagram that equates to a colour temperature right around 4300k.

In an arc discharge lamp, it absolutely does! This is a well established direct relationship; the higher the Kelvin colour, the lower the output of the bulb because of the specific salts and ampule coating filters they use to attain those color temperatures.

4300k is max lumen output, and the definition of "white" by DOT standards. It's what all OEMs install bar none. ~5000k is "daylight", but for arc-discharge thats a lower light output and worse CRI. Plus, HIDs color shift over time and become "bluer" as they age and their output diminishes.

OEM HIDs and LEDs are not blue. They are always 4300k white. Only cheesy cheap, glarey, ebay HID kits and chinese LED bulbs are blue.

Apparently youve never seen the entire feature film "Hackers" (with Angelina Jolie, no less)

To the contrary, one of the most prolific authors of these stories was a Cuban-born American Luis Senarens who at one point was writing of his stories' hero fighting for Cuban independence. "Senarens portrays the Cuban people as worthy of the sympathy and aid of the United States, but fully capable of ridding their

Id like you to find one, single, solitary instance in ANY of these that has ANYTHING to do with protestantism. What, did they write about traveling to the far off reaches of Ireland and oppressing the catholics from within their fantastic contraptions?
