I welcome this! It’s close enough to the original way people fell in love with Looney Tunes, with room for innovation via different animators. I’m sure some will be forgettable but I bet a few will be absolute gold.
The problem with that is Winds of Winter isn’t the last book. There is another book scheduled after that called A Dream of Spring. So Winds at the most would get us to just about where the show is now, and in reality, probably not as far as the show is.
Those are episodes with which I am very familiar. I was speaking more towards the family and management drama.
They better not fuck this up. It’s one of the greatest stories of one of the greatest men in history, and unfortunately, so far, it looks like they’ve tried to hype up a lot of drama that wasn’t really there.
