Dealers also have the option to have a USB key for the subscription fee of ¥10,000 ($91) per month. With this USB key, they’re able to access the USS Auction database and bid on cars from the comfort of their own office.

Nio: not The One.

Yes.

Thankfully, the vendors are not open on Sundays! I now have time to reconsider a possibly unwise snap decision.

It could really use a flat plane crank to give it a sound to match the looks. Maybe people should start swapping Fords Voodoo motor into it.

And the overarching thing that hovers over this is the fact that its a $60k car. A price that places it SEVERAL times under the cost of pretty much any other car that is remotely close to it. That it seems to be fairly decent to drive and doesn’t have a shit quality is pretty amazing at that price point.

Eh, Cleetus Mcfarland is 6'6 and didn’t seem to have an issue. Said he had more leg room and better headroom than the C7.

Another reviewer (Cleetus McFarland) is something like 6'6" and says he fits much pretty well in the C8; even more so compared to the C7, but not quite as well as the C6.

I think he was saying he will just watch season 3 as a recap of the entire 2020 season without watching it.

Hey failing Jalopnik, stop talking about China maybe. All I ever hear, China this, China that, Cordobavirus this and that. I bet America can make virus better than China. How about Ivankavirus? That would be a classy, beautiful broad virus. That I would absolutely date. And you can tell China we’re going to protect

In fairness two days in a U.S. hospital is also about as much as a professional race car driver can afford.

Sure looks like it. Good for him. After going through all that, I’d be dancing barefoot and naked through a field of daisies, just because I could.

I find this nothing short of astounding. He got hit in one of the most vulnerable places on the cage after he had already taken one hell of a nose dive into the barrier. The fact that he’s alive, let alone walking out of the hospital less than 48 hours after the accident....holy fuck. Someone give these safety

Dude, this just happened to my 80+ year-old elderly neighbors.

Dale Sr’s wreck in 2001 wasn’t a super bad looking wreck either though. Hoping for the best here :(

Haha!! I can appreciate that but I fall into the obsessively straight tassel camp myself. I’d probably do the same if I had the GTI daily. As it is I can’t bring myself to put the volume on an odd number in the Jeep and the air vents always have to be clocked symmetrically. Oh my god that seems crazy when I type it

Keeps you from locking your arms or seizing your back and breaking/tearing a whole bunch of things once the car comes down.

The amount of energy needed to send a rock that size bouncing along like a basketball is scary. That driver is one lucky dumbass.

When I see things like this I’m filled with an intense hatred for the driver. This isn’t an “everyone makes mistakes” scenario, if there was a person walking across that intersection - instead of an entire fucking roundabout - these neighbors would be cleaning an innocent person’s splattered remains off of their cars.

Looks to me like the boulder hit the Camaro. Which is, by the way, totally insane. That is a BIG-ass rock.
