Good luck to the dealership. We all know how these things end. As for the Mustang owner, I really hope he gets a lawyer. Paying for 2 hours of lawyer's time to draft a more demanding letter is worth more than doing it yourself and getting nowhere. I know I would. 

The dealership should just pay for the replacement of all the demanded items. Some of them may seem slightly unreasonable, but the dealership hired these clowns. They need to save face and go above and beyond to make this right and then put a plan into place to make sure this never happens again.

Owner is spot on. F the dealership. Social media is all about making people aware of things going on in the world and there is a spotty shit eating service dealer...people need to know. 

Every comment here saying Mr. Sood is asking for too much with lost wages and tire replacement is forgetting negotiating 101 - ask for more than you want.  If this were me, I would’ve asked for the exact same and walked away happy with alignment refund and new clutch.

This is why the valet key in Mustangs exists. Simply configure the key properly and bring it with you when you drop the key off. Set it for 35mph. IIRC you can limit the engine RPM also.
