Now show her the kitten asking can haz (with a z!) cheeseburger and she’ll fall in love!

Gotta get the maths right, though :)

Cant tell for sure....did he hit the brakes once he was aimed away from the parked cars? Because embarrassment or not, I would full stop once I was clear from hitting anything. At least my car would be in one piece.

Bollywood?

The other issue I read (again, Im not a pro, just putting information together) is that the pilots were only expecting to trim 0.6 degrees but the 737 MAX MCAS could operate up to 2.5 degrees. So, maybe they “click” the trim wheel expecting a certain amount of clicks to trim out 0.6 degrees, but they really needed

Im not a plane guru by any stretch but the article reads like every time the system reset it kept cranking up in 2.5 degree increments until it was maxed out. I would think at some point pilot trim wouldn’t be able to keep up with that either.

Its fascinating to me.

Yep. My first “exposure” to F1 has been the Netflix series, but I gathered something similar. Remembered reading Honda was in some really bad press about...something (wasnt sure what) but the engines seemed to run well.

I wish I could put paddles on my RAM 1500 with 8 speed ZF.

Is the Power Unit chart in the article accurate? I think Red Bull and Renault have their powerplants reversed.

Sounds kinky

Maybe this is the mysterious “third design issue” that was delaying the car.

*frunk

I think I would be most concerned with #3, because you figure they wouldn’t tell us about the REALLY bad thing they found.

I wonder if his wife will flee the interview

I think the issue isnt too much sealant during reassembly, I think they just werent very careful or clean about getting rid of the original stuff.

That is assuming they ever make it a recall, instead of just kicking the can enough so that people who paid for it to get fixed will NOT get reimbursed down the line.

My wife and her paranoia always believed we should test drive an example of the car we want, but never buy that actual example (since we put miles on it during a test drive?)

Local Dodge/Jeep/RAM dealer (still) has a brand new 2016 Challenger Hellcat in Plum Crazy Purple. MRSP is 69,775 and they tacked on a +10K “dealer adjustment” presumably because of the color since there has been nothing added onto the car.

Maybe the bigger issue is “needing” a new car after 3 years, enough so that you purposely fudge the numbers (longer term or higher monthly payment) just to make it happen. Maybe forever ago when not all vehicles would survive much longer than 3 years (if that was ever the case)....but nowadays? I dont think there is
