This. Its pretty cheap and easy. Bulk fabric is available on fleabay to match most any application. 3M spray glue is easy to find at Home Depot.

I wouldn’t mind my last trip in a vehicle to be in something called a HellRAM. Might be headed there anyway.

Read one on of the Dodge Ram forums that Chrysler has a “funeral home director” discount. Im assuming it was meant for those buying vehicles for use in funeral direction, but it looks like it applies to most Chrysler products.

(Im assuming the standard “you cant use this discount on a Viper/Hellcat/Demon” applies)

...also possibly compared to Q50 Red Sport (Im not sure what the GT2 gives you over the GT, but the GT2 pricing is quite close or more than the Q50 pricing depending on included features)

They were actually genuine Moog parts.

Join the (not so exclusive) club! The ball joints on my ‘01 Frontier were PRESSED INTO the control arms. Nissan didnt sell them as separate parts, but Moog did. Nissan’s reasoning is that once you press the originals out, the opening might be “too loose” for the new ones

They should have made all the openings “flowties”

Wait, the Demon doesn’t come standard with Chryslers “anti spin rear differential”?

McAdidn’t.

Im pretty confident he would try to sell me the pinstriping package, VIN etching and single application lifetime wax!

This.

Someday in a Utopian future, American car manufacturers and dealers will realize if you treat the customer well, they just might actually spend a little more money. Maybe not on stupid add on stuff like VIN Etching or pinstriping, but just on the vehicle itself.

Ahh the joys of plural possession. My kid just had a test on that in school.

My ‘01 Frontier with the 3.3L V6 got 14mpg. The RAM 1500 with 5.7L Hemi I replaced it with gets...14mpg.

This. Every vehicle I bought new had “VIN Etching” listed under the accessory cost (NOT on the window sticker, but on the purchase order/bill of sale for the vehicle)

So you’re saying I should get rid of my G37 and my newly acquired RAM 1500? :)

I think most people didn’t smell what you were cooking, but:

Ive purchased several new vehicles in my lifetime and my recent RAM 1500 purchase was probably the most frustrating, pricing wise.
