Ive purchased several new vehicles in my lifetime and my recent RAM 1500 purchase was probably the most frustrating, pricing wise.

Actually I checked the back of her vehicle to try and see if there were any indication it was actually diesel. Not quite sure there IS a diesel Trailblazer available, but I didn’t see any “TDi” or “Diesel” tags or anything so I figured Id err on the side of caution and let her know.

My worst ever JUST happened last month.

I loved my ‘01 Frontier until I started having to do moderate work on it. Nothing really BROKE (except the leaf springs), but things like leaking intake manifold gasket, eating calipers, etc just turned it into way more work than necessary. The engine stuff, especially....3.3L V6 probably bulletproof but hell to work…

I find that, at least on the several Japanese cars Ive had, the manufacturers tend to “stick with what works”. The steering wheel controls on my wifes old 1986 Acura Legend were almost exactly the same as the controls on her 2003 Acura TL, etc.
