Yeah, I live in a diverse area and most of the friends that I have made have been Hispanic. Of course, this is also a shit hole town so most of them leave to greener pastures. So, then... I guess I relate to the small office person (since I too work in a small office and it is hard to make new friends). It's lonely.

I believe that you shouldn't make fun of beliefs that aren't your business but when the followers of those beliefs try to impose their belief system on you (or me, because I live in Texas*) then the organization is fair game.
