Your excuses wouldn't be complete without "It's satire! You just didn't get the joke!"

Sooo fat people are allowed to constantly talk about bodies that don't belong to them because they don't have the "privilege" of being thin. Is that what you're saying? And she should ditch her friends simply because they're fat? No. Just no. There's a solution, and it's for them to stop commenting on her physical

ew, i know a guy who posted that quote, along with a collection of other gif tropes about "women's logic". Several of his lady friends were all "omg i know right!!!!". Grrrrrrrrrr. But, thankfully I was there to feminist killjoy the crap out of his Facebook page.

I don't dislike them, but I am on board with the "it's been done" line of thinking with that nude number. I guess it's a guaranteed hit?

Our arguments are based on our experience and perspective, which are always dictated by our experience with race.

As a white woman who has become aware of the issues surrounding mainstream feminism and the lack of black women's voices, I'd love to get your opinion of how to better popularize intersectionality in feminism, or simply, what do you think it would take to amplify black women's voices and experiences? What steps can

I don't think you understand my point; black men are unable to empathize with black women because they are black women, not simply because they are women. It's the familiarity that allows them to be so specifically disrespectful, and it's the "otherness" that allows them to distance themselves so easily.

Dr. Muffley...ob-gyn...

Are you freaking kidding me? That show also led to the arrest of a ridiculous amount of criminals and John Walsh did a ton of non profit work, including using his status to educate other children about kidnapping and abuse.

Anyone who talks shit about John Walsh can go take a long walk off a very very short pier. >_<

And, I learned my lesson not to feed trolls. Therapy and recovery from anorexia definitely doesn't involve therapists calling their clients derogatory names.

"I can't imagine how you're still standing up. I think I would die." - Gwyneth to a woman who had lost her son.

But that's also kind of tough, right? What about the fact that two male fighters, same weight and age, can have vastly different makeups? Reach is a HUGE advantage in striking, but two people in the same weight category can have vastly different reaches.

Maybe. There's an argument that the 9-year-rule starts from the time you START fighting, and that late-20s/early-30s fighters can be pretty productive.

I can feel the self esteem of many men deflating as we speak.

As a fine artist I feel as if I should just jump in here and say Saige is bullshit. I have never met a horseback-riding painter. "Hard-drinking painter" would be more accurate, if they're going for the educational label.

Psh! That stuck up Samantha? No way! This job calls for plucky Molly and her glasses. I was a Molly (wanted to be a Samantha, but was SO obviously a Molly).

They are probably comic book and video game nerds who consider themselves "nice guys" and take all the misogyny in his films at face value.

Kevin Smith is a class act. I'd put the Citizen Kane gif here, but I think that's been retired for 2014.
