Not trying to say there aren't any protocols, there are (like the recent concussion DL implemented) but still not as strict as the NFL. Obviously, a difference between frequency and to an extent, severity, but just shows that any league needs to treat concussion as #1 priority.

That's probably the biggest issue with baseball. Not the contact as it is the way teams handle concussions when they do occur. Don't get the scrutiny they do in football. Still get treated as *just* getting your bell rung.
