Rockstar released 4 or 5 cinematic trailers before GTA4 launched. I watched each of those dozens of times.

I'm currently hammering away at Dead Space 1 so I can open this wrapped copy of DS2 I have here, and there's a text log that pretty explicitly states how Unitology works.

@Scazza: Hey, yeah, join KITES.

@Sinfwho: It's an online-only release in the States. I think there's one website that's gonna have hard copies, but go with iTunes.

Talib Kweli's new album, Gutter Rainbows. Good stuff.

@jimfightsfortheusers: I just IMDB'd Ben Foster, and he was the guy who was in The Messenger alongside Woody Harrelson. Harrelson proved in that movie that he can be reserved and dramatic, and do it quite well. Also, we've seen Harrelson murderize zombies. He actually seems like a really good fit for this movie, if

@jimfightsfortheusers: I agree, they'd have to tone it down a lot to play that part, but it'd be cool to see them do it. It'd show that they (and a videogame movie) can be serious. And I never saw Pandorum, but I heard awful, awful things.

... I'm probably gonna catch a lot of shit for suggesting this, but a Dead Space movie could probably be pretty good. And as far as casting goes, I'm kind of feeling like Woody Harrelson or Jason Statham would do well in the Isaac Clark role, provided they didn't ham it up too much.

Man, Party Down is such a great show. So, so great.

Shameful confession: I've played Metal Gear Solid 4. I constantly lie to myself, saying I haven't, and sometimes I almost believe it... But that's the painful truth.

I love flying. Great way to travel. Wish this country had a better rail system for travel, though. The US could really benefit from a high-speed rail network.

... I may jailbreak for this.

@jared11889: I'm aware of the costs. I still don't own one.

I've been wanting to get a bike for years. Always a question of money and realized utility. Won't be getting one any time soon.

@twothree89: Yeah, he goes on for a while. Still pretty funny, and I feel it's pretty relevant to the topic at hand.

@Setsail: It's Chipotle, but with better ingredients, more choices, and lower prices. And I did not know until this instant that there are only six of them, all located in Houston. I thought it was a national chain. That's a bummer- everyone should get the chance to eat at Mission Burrito.

Looks like any number of nondescript touchscreen phones. I do prefer the oval-shaped render that Kotaku's been going with for the past few weeks, but this, if official, isn't bad at all. Also, IT'S GOT TWO GODDAMN ANALOG STICKS!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

My iPhone 4's got a crack on it. As long as it doesn't spread, I'll hold off until the launch of the 5, and then hopefully replace my 4 with a white iPhone 4 for 99 bucks. If the damage DOES start to spread, well, I guess I'll pay the full 200 and replace it with a white iPhone 4.
