@Golf_Nut: Took the words right out of my mouth (brain/fingertips/whatever).

The title's a bit inflammatory, but I find the article relatively harmless, and Joel's got a point. The last paragraph, specifically, is an excellent description of why Twitter's a neat social environment.

@Arken: I didn't make it! Gawker commenting is kind of bad with gifs.

@Ajhayter: I punched Scazza a couple of times in the shoulder because he kept calling me Tuna when that is not my name.

@Andinator: I wish you didn't have a star, just so I could promote this .gif.

@ClueHeywood: +1 for the Economist joke, +3 for the Prometheus caption.

This is fucking hilarious. I'm sorry, but it is.

Whoops, double-posted.

Just for what it's worth, I have had my iPhone 4 since day 1, and have tried my damnedest to replicate the signal-dropping choke-hold. Can't do it. Can't lose a single bar.

@cfive3: I've always thought the Sniper looked a hell of a lot like HST.

Saw Predators at the midnight premiere, more than anything because we couldn't figure out what to do. The movie was decent enough, nowhere near a classic like the first, but decent. The best part of it was the new trailer for Machete, though.

@Aklost: As far as the portal comment is concerned, I'd definitely consider my Xbox 360 or PS3 portals into some other environment all together. Normally Liberty City, or New Austin, or the Capital Wasteland. VanHemert's comment wasn't particularly pro-Apple.

@Arctic16: Lifehacker, io9, and Jalopnik all have good commenters, if a little nerdy and overenthusiastic.

@ObiHaiv: VB is definitely scifi.

Good God, there's a lot of shit up there, Big Bang Theory being the worst offender. I consider myself a TV fanatic, and the only shows up there that I like are Archer and Always Sunny. (Simpsons, too, but come on.) Also, where's Community?
