No it doesn't. I am an engineer producing controllers for medical equipment. It is a daily struggle watching users trying to hit tiny invisible targets at the corners or edges of the screen in order to navigate. Couple that with trying to use a touch pad instead of a mouse it's even worse. Sorry but it doesn't.
