Actually no. There aren't too many real PC retailers and most people don't live near them. Best Buy and other general electronic stores never carry good parts and still charge out the ass for them. I have the same card at 1200mhz and was dipping in fps as well until I clicked off advanced depth of field in the DX11 settings. It's a useless framerate guzzling setting. After turning it off my FPS jumped up by a lot.

Go into the DX11 settings and turn off advanced depth of field. It gives practically zero graphical improvements while eating up your frames. Also, how high did you put MSAA at?
